Feminapause Original Formula is a daily food supplement for women in perimenopause and menopause. Four ingredients, not twenty — a deliberate choice that let us specify each one on its own merits rather than spend the budget on the length of the label.
Full-spectrum CBD — 20mg per capsule, 600mg per pack, blended with MCT oil for absorption.
Vitamin B6 — 1.7mg as activated pyridoxal-5-phosphate. Contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity, and to normal psychological function.
Vitamin B12 — 500mcg as methylcobalamin. Contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Made and third-party lab tested in the UK.
Feminapause is a food supplement, not a medicine — it won't change anything overnight, and it isn't intended to treat or prevent any condition. Most customers take it every morning as part of a routine and reorder monthly; consistency matters far more than timing.
If your symptoms are affecting your daily life, please speak to your GP or a menopause specialist. That's always the right first step, and it matters more to us than a sale.
Take one capsule first thing in the morning on an empty stomach if you can. This allows for optimal absorption.
If taking it on an empty stomach doesn't suit you, it can simply be taken with breakfast instead.

We hope you will be happy with our supplement, but if you are not entirely satisfied below are our terms for returns:
This returns policy does not affect the statutory rights you may have under applicable law, including your statutory right to cancel or your statutory warranty.
Your right to change your mind (cancel)
You have 14 days from the date you receive the product to notify us that you wish to return the product. We must receive any products you return to us within 14 days of you notifying us of your intention to return the products. The product must be unopened with the security seal still in place
Orders cancelled under these Regulations are entitled to a refund of any standard postage that you paid for the delivery of your order, but you are responsible for paying any postage incurred in returning the products you wish to cancel to us.
Products must be returned to us in the condition you received them, which includes keeping the blister packaging intact. You will lose your right to return the product if you unseal a hygiene seal, or pierce the blister packaging. We will inspect the product upon receiving it
How to return the product? Send us an email at: info@feminapause.com to notify us of your wish to exercise your 14 day cancellation rights and return the product. Please provide your name, home address, order details and, where available, your phone number and email address.
US, EU, ASIA AND REST OF WORLD
Unfortunatley we are not able to cover returns for products sold outside of the UK. Unopened products may be returned at the cost of the customer within 14 days of receipt of the original order.
Damaged and Faulty Product
If you believe the product you have ordered to be damaged or faulty, please contact us by emailing info@feminapause.com and we will let you know how to return the product.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed once we receive your returned products. Refunds can take up to 10 working days and will be credited to the original card you paid with.
Refund Exclusions
You cannot return any product that has a hygiene seal or blister pack that has been broken. You have the right to reasonably inspect the product as you would in a shop but you cannot return products that you have used, unless you are returning them because they are damaged or faulty.
