THE VITAMINS
Vitamin B6 and Vitamin B12 ā specified separately
We treat these as two distinct ingredients, because they are.
VITAMIN B6 ā 1.7mg per capsule, specified as pyridoxal-5-phosphate: the activated, readily bioavailable form, and a deliberate upgrade on the pyridoxine hydrochloride used in most supplements. Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity, and to normal psychological function.
VITAMIN B12 ā 500mcg per capsule, specified as methylcobalamin: the form the body can use directly, without having to convert it first, at one of the highest strengths available while staying comfortably within safe NHS guidance. Vitamin B12 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
These are authorised nutrition and health claims for each vitamin at these levels ā not promises about menopause symptoms.
